lol this just came straight out of the pot when I went to water it. Should I repot or just fill in hole?

Personally, I am a big proponent of repotting. It’s a lot easier to care for your plant when you know the root health and exactly the type of soil/soil mix that you have placed in with him.

Is the plant still alive? I don’t see any healthy roots.
