I use cilantro a lot while cooking both Tex-Mex and Asian dishes. I have grown it too. You need to keep planting new seeds about every two weeks to ensure you have some ready when the previous harvest bolts, i.e., goes to flower and the leaves become bitter. You have to keep trimming it to cut off all signs of it flowering or it will flower and produce seeds, then, die off. 🪴🍀
