Dragon tree? Dracaena marginata

Ok, so is this also a dracaena Marginata / Dragon Tree?
Are there different names for the color varagations? I also read that some Dragon Trees love full sun and don't do that well in shade and viceversa. I want to make sure that the yellow Dragon Tree is ok with limited sun light.
