It has taken me an entire three days to muster up the courage to share this post with y’all… Friday morning my desk decided to buckle with 25+ plants sitting on top \& let me tell you, it was #traumatizing seeing my children do backflips and summersaults over each other.. we will be retiring the gymnastics to Simone Biles and her alone. After throwing myself a (very small) pity party, I began to treat damage, evicted a few tenants into smaller pots/cups, and attempted to repair my humidifier. Luckily, the kids walked away with battle wounds and scars only \& I had zero casualties. If you are on the fence about upgrading your current plant space, I hope this post serves as divine intervention. -thekintsugidav ![Bijlage 1 van 2](https://images.getplanta.com/v1/resize/5MALgG_bdlo9-KZg7DwliyAnxYLomAPOOQLZWOfi1a8/4X5KxpsYQaWtdBbfzHeB-g.webp?size=large) ![Bijlage 2 van 2](https://images.getplanta.com/v1/resize/5MALgG_bdlo9-KZg7DwliyAnxYLomAPOOQLZWOfi1a8/GjNkynjqTZKjZobsNALT6g.webp?size=large) ## 13 reacties ### Mullein reageerde op 2024-04-28 The trauma 😱 I’m glad it wasn’t even worse. Sending you new growth energy! #### thekintsugidav antwoordde op 2024-04-28 Bless your heart! ### Bee 🐝 reageerde op 2024-04-28 I haven’t had anything break or buckle yet (hopefully did not just jinx myself in the future🤞) but I’ve knocked plants down on my plant shelf like dominoes while re-organizing, all because I was too lazy to just clear the whole shelf before I started messing with things. Hahaha the absolute horror. The sight of seeing something you’ve nurtured \& grown for months or years go crashing down \& taking the rest with it… 😂😂Oh man having plants will humble you. Gotta remind yourself mistakes happen and it’s all good! So happy to hear you had 0 casualties \& were able to save them!! 🌱💗 The drama continues hahaha #### thekintsugidav antwoordde op 2024-04-28 The risk to payoff ratio alone should’ve deterred me in and of itself, but we live and learn through trial and error. Thank you for empathizing and sharing your own experience. Sure made me feel less alone! ### V🌱 reageerde op 2024-04-28 Omg, I’m so sorry! Sending you indirect light and well draining soil vibes🌱 #### thekintsugidav antwoordde op 2024-04-28 It doesn’t get any better than that. Thank you! #### V🌱 antwoordde op 2024-04-29 Stopppp your plant name thooo 😂 ### Botanical Hack reageerde op 2024-04-28 Son of a … %#!?!%# ### Botanical Hack reageerde op 2024-04-28 The upside is you may have some propagation opportunities. #### thekintsugidav antwoordde op 2024-04-28 Have been considering this \& cutting a few nodes to multiply the fam.. updates to come soon! ### Deepti reageerde op 2024-04-28 My monstera recently fell off the stand due to the weight of the trellis it's tied to. Thankfully no damage. #### thekintsugidav antwoordde op 2024-04-28 Indeed a humbling experience to see your precious ones drop. ### Succulent❤️Mama reageerde op 2024-04-28 Oh no!!! Bless your heart!
