# does my jungle boogie seem a bit pale??? i got a pretty big cutting…

_Posted by bryan on 2024-07-19_

does my jungle boogie seem a bit pale??? i got a pretty big cutting of a jungle boogie and this cutting is really the only one to give me a nice sized leaf, i presume bc it was the top cutting. i have it in fluval with a tiny bit of fertilizer. am i missing something here?? i try to give it as much light as possible but unfortunately it is not enough. i will move it to a much brighter spot so this should just be temporary. any thoughts or suggestions???

It looks like ur window doesn’t get a lot of light I would put it by another one

It does seem chlorotic but being in fluval with fertilizer we can rule out a nutrient deficiency. Roots are looking pretty. I think you’re right about finding a solution to your lighting situation.

i am going to move it so it gets a little more sunlight and some complimentary light from grow lights, unfortunately the set up right now is really the only place i can keep the plant😭😭

I feel you. I’m dealing with a lightning situation myself.
