While acclimating plants to outside, I’m in Zone 7 -Missouri, how long does it take?
Doesn’t the put in the warmth then in with the AC shock them the same as leaving them out?
I’m too new for all this!! They just wanna be outside!
What if it rains? Cover them? Bring them in?

I typically bring mine out when it’s above 50° for 2 weeks day \& night. I leave them in partial outdoor sun for a week then the next week full sun (for the plants that need full sun). I make sure they have drainage and no water catchers underneath (unless they require a lot of water) and just let nature take its course. No need to cover them if they can drain. If they don’t have drainage, you’re asking for root rot.

Perfect! All but one has a hole lol so that can stay inside. Thanks!

My weather in ATL, GA isn’t much different than yours so they should be fine. Just watch for pests.

How did they do?

It rained on and off through the night! I moved some over to the table so it wasn’t draining on to them. But everyone looks like they survived!! Just scared of root rot. They all have drainage holes and it’s perfect weather out now - sunny and 74° so I’m hoping it’ll all go well ❤️
