If anyone knows how to keep the large variegated chunks from going brown, I would appreciate tips!

Variegation can be tricky - the white forms due to lots of light, but by the same token too much light can cause the white variegation to brown. I’d reccomend adjusting the light intensity \& duration to find a sweet spot

My Thai constellation is browning at the edges, what could that be from? Over fertilizing?
