Please tell me the name of your lovely plant… I covet her and would buy one if I could find her!

Alocasia Frydek variegated. They should be fairly easy to find.

If I may ask, where did you get your plant?Regards, 🤗💚🪴

In what condition did your plant arrive? I’ve only ordered one plant by mail and it arrived in terrible condition. It lost over half it’s leaves and has been a real struggle to get it going; so I’m a little weary of plant mail order companies. TXS for your responses! 🤗💚🪴

they do an excellent job packing and shipping plants.

Love yours! I got a replacement one after my first little one died. Hope I can keep her alive!

I’m a fan of repotting my alocasias in self-watering pots in Pon. I find it much easier to manage the required moisture needed this way.

What is pon? 🤗💚🪴

#### Becca svarede den 2024-08-02

Pon is a soil alternative made from pumice, lava rock, and zeolites that can be used to grow plants in containers. It's a popular choice for semi-hydroponic growing, a method that uses a soilless substrate that's porous enough to allow water to wick up to the plant.
