Sometimes when I get stressed at work I’ll just buy a plant while I’m on shift. Eventually they make it home. I’ve had worse coping mechanisms. 🚑🪴

Sounds like a great idea! Tie the plant to a positive thought or goal to help you through the stress! Then when the plant is thriving and healthy you can look back and remember what you overcame.
