I think there are pruning methods for this if you want to make it wider but I recommend looking it up

You have to prune it to get it to bush out 💚

I think it's pretty as is, but yep, pruning will help. When you cut, the leaf immediately below the cut points in the direction new growth will come in, so you can be strategic about it and control the shape a little
