What do you guys do to take care of your spider plants? Mine isn’t really growing, Idk what I’m doing 😬

I mist mine I don’t know if that’s a thing but I think it likes it. For as long as I’ve had it it’s been in a north facing window that gets part sun and it’s in a terra-cotta pot I don’t know if that will help it’s just what I do and mine seems pretty happy

Mine’s in a north facing window too. It miight need repotting because it hasn’t been repotted since I’ve had it (honestly a little worried that if I do repot then I’ll kill it lol)

how far from a window is it? it could be because it needs more light

its directly in front of a north facing window

try moving it to a south facing window if possible - north is the darkest direction (assuming youre in the northern hemisphere).

Fertilizer every 2-3 weeks. Misted every few days, south window light

Post a picture and describe its growing environment. It could be one of many possible issues that are preventing the plant from thriving.

I’ve been watering it when the soil is dry and it’s directly in front of a north facing window. It’s not as bright as usual rn from the weather. It has a small pup but it grows a little, then dies and another grows. It’s in the pot that it was in when I got it from someone but I don’t know if it needs repotting

Can you move it into a brighter spot. The only plants I’ve been able to grow in my north window are scindapsus. I’m in Edmonton Canada though.
