Although it may be annoying, it is best to replant as soon as you can see roots

Usually yes, and like I said I will soon, but peace lilies tolerate being root bound and have found in my personal experience actually quite like it so until I start to see signs of unhappiness I’ll leave her be!

WHATS YOUR SECRET!!?!! I have had a peace lily for at least 2 years and it is still the same size!!
