Been keeping the humidity like a jungle in my well lit bathroom! In vegas anything above 40 is a miracle. I’ve been hitting 90 and keepi by it steady in the 70’s!

I would be worried about mold growth.

I’ve experienced the oppressive heat and extra low humidity of Vegas once and only go in winter because of that experience. 🥵 😁

Having 90% humidity right after a shower is not bad. Having it full time could lead to fungal growth and it could slow or block the transpiration process the plant uses to release water from the leaves. I would watch out for rot from the plant holding too much water.

I moved back to Arizona to get away from the humidity and now I have to make it for the plants. Ridiculous, lol. I am able to keep it around 50% with pebble trays near the plants. I’m just not willing to use a humidifier. They’re just going to have to be okay with that.
