# My dragon fruit plants have grown so much, it’s started breaking off…

My dragon fruit plants have grown so much, it’s started breaking off into different shoots which is pretty interesting- one started growing a root out the side??? Not sure what that it I haven’t seen it before. Each one is an individual dragon fruit plant so I’m not quite sure when I should either repot into a biggger pot or give each one their own little pot. If anyone has any suggestions lmk! Otherwise it looks very happy and healthy :)

They like being pretty tight in the pot! I’d say pull them out and check the roots in the spring!

Root out the side is normal for them! You can cut it if you don’t like the look.

You can keep them all together or split them up! Whatever your heart desires

Lookin super healthy! I would repot it. Either break it up into 2 or 3 pots. That's the only way you'll get it to start hardening up. Out of this seedling stage. The aerial roots growth is normal too, as these guys like to be epiphytes too.

When/how often do you water it? I suck with succulents so bad🤦🏾‍♀️
