Love your Eucalyptus! I’ve got a similar-looking plant if you’re looking something that’s easy-care as a houseplant. This is a Xerosicyos danguyi. They sadly don’t smell like Eucalyptus, but I keep mine in a cactus mix and in a smaller pot to allow it to get a little rootbound between repottings, water it every 15-18 days or so, and it’s done nothing but thrive for me. It isn’t the fastest grower in the world, but it’s always working on a new leaf or shoot every week, even if it takes a month for each leaf to develop. It’s not one that’s gonna grow out of control on you, and I think it’d make a great gift for anyone else into eucalyptus 😊

Omg love that look!!! Is it in the succulent family?

Yes, but they’re epiphytes/lithophytes from Madagascar and apparently closely related to cucumbers (not edible, though, sadly). The species name pretty much means “dry cucumber” 😂 They’re considered climbers, but…slower climbers than a philodendron.
