are the blinds usually closed/slit?

i’d say this is a sunlight issue and he’s just trying to reach out

Well she's BEEN under a grow light since I got her and she did this so I moved her to the window cause I thought she was getting TOO much light. 🙄🙃

She’s obvi trying to open the blinds! She wants light!! Maybe even want prop
