I think this is a weepi g fig tree. I have had it for about 8 months. It’s not looking to good goi g into winter. I red that it might need to go dormant for winter?? Do I put it in a cool dark bedroom for the winter?

Nooooo don’t do that. They usually need more light during the winter indoors because the dappled sun in the colder seasons sometimes isn’t enough for them. If you put it somewhere cool and dark, it’ll start to drop leaves. They don’t require a dormancy period.

A grow light should be enough for it. You may need to reduce watering; tropicals are used to getting a wet and dry season, so they tend to just use water more slowly in winter
