Wow! Surprising with the previous leaves being so green. But they make it pop even more

Due to her being a new small plant, I would actually clip it. White and pink leaves do not photosynthesize – resulting in using up energy from the plant. So if you clip the leaf off, it will actually help the plant to grow..
