Yes it is! This may be a different variety than the standard image of Monstera, but i’m not sure. I know a lot of the “mini monsteras” tend to have less fenestrations in the leaves that the larger ones

Definitely a monstera deliciosa, just a young one. It will develop more fenestrations as it ages.
