Try to not get her wet even when you are watering her and see if that helps!! That’s what I put. I added her to my plants to have her diagnosed and this is what they said…. If that doesn’t help let me know and we’ll try again!! I have a ton of succulents and they get damaged fairly easy, mine do anyhow!! Those are some I’ve potted and I have two other trays I ordered that I’m rooting coz they sent them with zero roots!! I also have a huge one, same kind as yours from what the app said and I’m constantly damaging them so I got a little gardening set specifically for succulents and it makes them a lot easier to deal with cuz they her damaged super easily. My big one will drop leaves if I move him and don’t walk super light and I don’t make sure he’s not being jarred around!!
