I followed planta’s care schedule. Eventually it succumbed to an ant infestation due to honeydew. It took a good month for the ants to stop returning, well after the plant was gone. I may try a prayer plant one more time; it’s difficult to find the balance between humidity and soil dampness (not soggy, not too dry)
