What’s the difference between using just the pink lights and using the pink , white, and blue?

The white lights are full-spectrum and provide more sun-like light. They are nice for plants that don’t get enough sun.

The purple/pink ones are a good supplemental source of light for plants that get sun but like a little extra light. Plus I just like the look, it’s less intense and easier on my (very sensitive) eyes.
