Is my fern dying?, my leaves keep getting crispy and dying back and the base and is getting that way as well. Help!

Rabbit's foot Fern are a little tricky. Mine looks a little better than yours but not much. I think humidity and the appropriate watering schedule is the key. You might get more tips if you enter this in the pests and disease group.
