New baby. For those looking to order online… Canopy Plant Co. It was perfectly wrapped. Not sure what to name her yet but I’ll definitely come up with something.

Any advice with this plant, I’m taking it!

Beautiful! Love that cream-purple variegation! Calatheas are so pretty but far to advanced for me.

One of my favorites! I don’t have many tips for you. But I will say, mine prefers distilled water. If you don’t have a humidifier near her, mist her leaves on a regular basis. Check regularly for spider mites and have something to combat them, because they love these plants. This is one of those plants that either lives or dies, just does what it wants to do. I haven’t had any noticeable new growth yet on mine, but she seems pretty happy!

Yours is beautiful! I think I’ll get distilled water just for her. This morning I used the water conditioner for fish tanks with the tap water. I heard that’s also an alternative but I do want her to thrive so there’s that.

I’m gonna invest in another humidifier that tells me the %. The one I have doesn’t and I don’t want it too humid.
