First time plant owner. I was gifted this plant 3 years ago , it was a tiny little plant in a novelty bag . I don’t know what it’s called and honestly how I should care for it. It lives on the window sill. It’s very green and shiny, but just lately it has started to grown wonky 😬. Any tips on how to fix it

It’s a kalanchoe, they’re common in Christmas planters and will give small flowers once or twice a year. It looks like it might be reaching towards the light and maybe needs to move into a bigger pot, are there quite a few roots in the current one?

Thank you for the tips and finally knowing what plant I have.
I did check out if the roots were growing out at the bottom but no nothing is growing through at the moment.

Succulents tend to have shallow root systems, so maybe consider repotting in a wider, more shallow pot. Other than needing a little more light, you have a happy looking plant! 😊
