# I just can’t believe how OVERWATERED plants are when you buy them.…

I just can’t believe how OVERWATERED plants are when you buy them. This Hoya, from Walmart, needs well draining soil. This is NOT it. I can literally squeeze it out like a sponge. The water should flow through it. Bought a few days ago and I have not watered it yet But I’m glad I checked it before the roots were mush. Now I gotta go get a new pot 🙂

I bought a bunch of lavender from Walmart yesterday, every single one was so dry I couldn’t even loosen the root ball because they started crumbling. Always one extreme or the other!

lol I guess it depends on the employees, the ones here are overachievers. Costa farms should at least use the correct soil.

Ugh I know! They just send them to places like that where they just work at Walmart they may not know what to do with them, they just got the job of watering. But whoever is growing them should care enough to have them planted properly at least to help this

Yes most come from Costa Farms, they could at least use good soil
