Hi guys :)!! I want to get a plant for my boyfriend. He’s never had a plant before and has never had pets, so I want something that would be pretty hardy in case he forgets to water it lol. What would you all suggest?

kalanchoe tomentosa, panda plants, are very hard to underwater. mine is in a little 4” pot and is watered every 5-7 weeks or so. haworthia have similar watering requirements, i have two that are in a gritty mix (80-90% i think) and 3.5” square pots that still only get watered every 30-40 days or so. they’re easy to care for as long as you let the soil stay dry a week or so before watering again

Snake plants, ZZs and Pothos are your best choices with hardy plants
