Wow! What care has it been receiving? Any advice?

I bottom water it when it's dry and am careful not to get any water on its leaves. I let it soak until thoroughly saturated. It lives in my solarium with southwest facing windows.

I picked up the 'feeling flirty' tradescantia. It's supposed to be slightly easier then the 'Nanouk'. I'm excited to watch her grow.
