It's a Philodendron Squamiferum 'Red Bristle'

Theres also a Philodendron Serpens that has a cultivar that can have a more pinkish Bristle.

are there different varieties?

The serpens I've seen green or pinkish. The squamiferum I've only seen the red. The older stems turn into a greenish brown.

It's a brand called BEAU CHATEAU-Sophisticated Houseplants. You may be able to find a distributor near you.
