How do you move it around and how do you drain it after watering?🌴🌴

On the bottom the potter is sitting on a mobile base so I can move it around and a plastic tray on base to catch water the verdeck planter has drainages holes on the bottom I use a turkey Baster to get the water out of the tray when full
