hi guys, so i have been raising this cactus for 2 years now. i don’t know specifically what kind of cactus he is, but he has little pink/red buds coming out of him that look like they’re going to eventually bloom. does anyone have any idea what species he could specifically be?

Could be some type of Mammillaria?

Could be a “bristle brush cactus” Mammillaria Spinosissima, I have one too! Hope that helps.
