how long as this took?

Almost 4 months, I started the plant from a cutting with only 2 small leaves, I left it to start growing roots for about two months before I transferred it to soil. It grew new leaves within a month

looks like it needs some support, such as a pole or trellis. and if your leaves stop getting bigger that’s a good indicator you need a repot. have you joined the monstera group here?

I have not joined the group on this app but I will definitely join it

Could I use a coco coir pole for this plant? Because I wasn’t sure when to start implementing some support

coir poles seem to be the most popular choice but they don’t need anything that fancy. an orchid stake or bamboo post would work as well. i also see many people put their monstera on trellises. whichever you choose, be sure to place the support on the back end of the plant. monstera plants have a “front” where the leaves grow from and a “back” where the aerial roots grow
