Is my plant healthy? Can someone diagnose why it’s dropping leaves? I water once every 7-8days. Indirect light. I can’t tell if I’m over or underwatering.

Is the soil pulling away from the pot? If it is, it dried out too long at one point

I think it looks fine. Are you following the Planta watering schedule? In the winter you might ease up to watering every 14 days.

How much moisture is the soil retaining? Mine is in a glazed pot, and it holds moisture foreverrrr so I water pretty infrequently!
