How do you get it so the leaves aren’t so crispy?!

I have to be soooo careful with the lighting that’s been the biggest thing I’ve noticed, I have another that is sooo dry feeling compared to this one and it just barely gets more light. I just give her the faintest indirect light and try to keep the moisture as even as possible 💧slow to grow but seems sooo much happier

This is the only plant that I bottom water. They get dramatic when they’re dry 😂
