Any tips! Mine hasn’t had much growth in the year that I’ve had it :(

Aw 😭 honestly I just try to give it indirect sunlight and I let it get dry before I water it but it could need a bigger pot? I’m not sure I’m still a novice at plants, \& I feel like I’ve been lucky with all the growth I’ve gotten from this one lol.
