I really want to get a plant I’m looking for some recommendations for a first plant but I don’t know where to start which plant do you recommend for a first plant thank you

My first plant was a Schefflera. Super easy to care for and propagate and they grow super fast!

The first plants I had really great luck with were a moth orchard \& False Christmas Cactus (also called a crab cactus 🦀 😂). I actually still have and adore both plants 🪴  
The False Christmas Cactus is hardy, grows quickly and has pretty flowers! And the Moth Orchard is surprisingly low maintenance, and the flowers are stunning 🤩

Easy care plants are pothos (Snow/marble queens, golden or Cebu/Baltic blues)

Arrowhead syngonium plants (Neon, White Butterfly, Pink, Albo, or any Allusion type)

Inch plant, tradescantia (purple heart, nanouk, zebrina)

Spider plants (Green, Variegated, Curly Bonnie or Hawaiian)

Pothos are good starter plants! They are low matinence and come in a lot of different variations (my favorites are neon, marble queen, and pearls and jade)

I'd get a Hoya Obovata..

They're super funky, they don't mind being neglected and they flower with blooms with a scent of rose and jasmine combined.  
Plus, Hoya plants are a happy addiction.
