Well guys my baby was over watered n is why the tips are rotting off 😕 I have to repot her immediately!

I had the same problem. Then I took her out of pot, cleaned roots, now she will grow in water, and some point she will go in LECA. I also recommend smaller pot, she likes to be bound up.
