What substrate are you using?

Perilite

Is this a propagation jar or is this what you keep your caladiums in? I heard they can grow in water only and I always have trouble keeping mine lively so, I was wondering how they’d do in only water, or water and perlite, in your case.

This is perilite and water. They seem to do better what that vs just water. They also thrive in soil, but I just prefer not to have any plants in soil.
