Euphorbia mammillaris or Corncob Cactus.

This guy wants to lean, which I first confused with etoliation. I read a bit about how some cactus like to lie on their side, and that’s enough for me to leave him alone for a while.

I believe I have a pic of his first day in the profile. It was a plant party of me and a friend who loaned me a Dremel. I got in a crazy zone that afternoon and starting mixing everything by eye etc. That is to say there is a lot of grit and lava in that pot.
