I’m so thrilled about these plants, and they both were so cheap for what they usually are priced for. dream plants🪴🪴🪴🪴(edit: apparently the ppp is actually a ficus ruby!!!) Oh wow! Where from ? The pink princess is a ficus ruby. No, they are not the same thing but this one is definitely a ficus ruby. A quick google search will help confirm 😊 Nurseries often miss-tag plants. I think it is important to know which plant you have accurately because the care varies a lot by species. Ficus need a lot more light and water than philodendrons do. #### 🌿Nicola🔮さんが2023-07-03に返信しました i’m not sure if she’s a ficus or pink princess, they look so alike! what’s the difference between pinks and ficus’ #### Anaさんが2023-07-03に返信しました They are a completely different plant genus for one. Philodendron are climbers and ficus are more tree-like. As I stated on my previous comment, Ficus and Philodendron also have very different care requirements. Also, the leaves are very very different. Like I said, completely different species. #### 🌿Nicola🔮さんが2023-07-03に返信しました ok! thank you! so are you for sure she’s a ficus ruby? I did some research, and she definitely looks more like a ficus ruby. Yes, 100% sure she is a ficus ruby ### Danikaさんが2023-07-03にコメントしました LOVE my lemon-lime maranta. She just grows and grows. And doesn’t stop moving and praying. I give her lots of grow light love. Enjoy! #### 🌿Nicola🔮さんが2023-07-03に返信しました thank you for the tips!!! i’m glad i scored on plant babies🥰 ### Gigglzngreenzさんが2023-07-03にコメントしました That is a very pretty ficus Ruby. I’ve never seen one. I want one. #### 🌿Nicola🔮さんが2023-07-03に返信しました are ficus rubies and pink princesses the same thing then? No, very different just like Ana said. Her info is right on the money. When you find a pink Princess you’ll see. PPP’s have aroid roots and ficus are trees so they do not. PPP has deep dark red stems and petioles. And the green in the leaves is much darker, almost black. ![1件中1件目の添付ファイル](https://images.getplanta.com/v1/resize/N8o0FHN9GC2reILsVTJ_3HJdv-zoUUl_jquRarXVZAE/2bb35bd1ef65400582364a7a7cba792b.webp?size=large) #### 🌿Nicola🔮さんが2023-07-03に返信しました ok, thank you so much!!! You are welcome. Good luck with your search. I actually have a small PPP I propped from this mother that I’m willing to share if you’re in the US. It’s a baby but she’s growing! If so you can email me at nonni1957 at gmail dot com to trade information. I don’t know how to IM in this app. #### 🌿Nicola🔮さんが2023-07-04に返信しました oh wow! i’ll défi think about it. That’s awesome!!!
