Any tips on helping her grow and be healthy as possible ?💕

Also what kind of plant is she ? I rescued her .🤔

Looks like she is a spotted laurel.

Bright indirect sunlight  
Keep potting mix moist but not wet (water more sparingly in winter)  
Mist plant on warm days  
Repot in spring when roots have filled the pot  
When plant is too warm, you’ll get brown leaf tips and/or edges (mist leaves or moving your plant to a collier spot will usually do the trick to save it)  
If the leaves turn all green, move it to a brighter spot, it isn’t getting enough light.  
Perfect for a porch or hallway!

Possibly a polka dot plant? They like decent humidity, water when the top soil is \*almost\* dry but don’t let it dry out completely.
