I'm usually just obsessing over my indoor plants. But this time of year I get to add in my outdoor plants too. I decided to use containers for some of the more water hungry plants to conserve usage. So far it's working pretty well. I've got strawberries in hanging pots and watermelons, pumpkins, and corn in large planters. My neighbor around the corner did corn in planters last year and it looked so cool. He said the added benefit was that he had a "corn wall" that blocked his view into his next door neighbor's yard. 😉

I wish I had more luck with herbs, fruits, and veggies. I have now finally gotten a bunch of pumpkin seeds to sprout without having the squirrels dig the seeds up.
