Thoughts on what dieffenbachia type this is??

I keep going back and forth between memoria corsii, snow, and even possibly panther?

that looks like a memoria corsii which is also known as snow. so both were correct since it’s just another name ((: not a panther though.  
looks like a beautiful and healthy plant!!
