Finally got a Monstera Deliciosa!! Only $30 too!

Any tips for this beauty and name ideas?

As far as name though, I recommend whatever song you’re obsessed with currently!

i let my soil dry out completely before watering again! as it gets older, it’ll want to climb or crawl. a moss poss is a great way to support its climbing! or a wooden plant works just as well, it just needs something to grab onto. i’ve found it good in most light conditions! i used to have one in a north facing window room, and it did wonderful. now it’s in a south facing and is doing better with more light, and direct sunlight.  
for the name, whatever you vibe with or comes to mind right away is always a fun way to do it. or wait a few days as you spend some time with it. my friend named hers monty, and i named mine monroe!

They’re pretty easy to care for. Water when the soil is 75-100% dry out and put it near a window or corner where there’s plenty of light. She’ll love you for it 🩷

I named mine Nimona like from the movie because in the movie they said “I’m not a monster” and I felt it fit lol 😂
