Two weeks ago I posted about my poor quince’s aphid infestation and subsequent baldening during treatment, and today she’s looking so much better! New, healthy green leaves and even a blossom! Most surprising thing was that beforehand her flowers were red, and this new bloom is pink. I wonder if this is a one off curiosity, or will she continue to bloom pink flowers from now on? 🌺

Bonus: Her sister is also in bloom, and contrary to her buds’ pinkish color, the flowers themselves are white 🤍
