I had one that did for about 3 years. It was smaller and smaller each year, and the fourth year it didn’t come back. I did absolutely nothing with it. It lived (and died) on my front porch in Northern Idaho, warm or cold; rain, shine, or frost. I imagine if I’d watered during the summer it more it might have lasted.
I was absolutely astonished when it grew the second autumn. Come to think of it, I can’t remember if it ever bloomed again. But it did get green leaves every year. 😆

Some can in zone 5b, they usually don’t indicate the variety so plant it in soil and see! You’re probably gonna have a great surprise next year!

How do I find out what zone I’m in? I’m in northeastern Ohio and hr or so away from Cleveland

Please don’t read this as a snarky comment but simply look up your city+zonage on google!

If you click one of your plants, go into the care info, and scroll down to temperature, it also tells you what your hardiness zone is (and whether or not a plant can survive in the ground in that zone)

I think you are in 5, like me, I’m in Michigan.
Give it a try, I did it and they ended up absolutely HUGE!
