# My foxtail fern has a new rapidly growing frond (or 2) - much taller…

_Posted by 88 Batten on 2024-06-05_

My foxtail fern has a new rapidly growing frond (or 2) - much taller than the original ones it had when I bought it.

Question: Are the new ones “leggy” and reaching for more light or is it okay as is (I.e., sufficient light situation as is) ?

Thanks!
