I really messed up and fertilized and over-watered my girl! She was so healthy, and now leaves won’t open and many died, I did save some of her by aerating the pot and letting her dry out. I’ve cut off a lot of dead and dying pieces, and had to pull 2 dead plants from the big pot, leaving 3 decent plants to nurture.

I’d cut off some of the leaves and propagate! Just incase you lose the main plant to root rot!  
Then hopefully if the parent plant survives and you have babies you can then plant the babies back into the gaps left in the parent plants soil!
