I purchased my very first calathea a few weeks ago. It was doing very well until I noticed it had thrips (I’m pretty sure it had them when I bought the plant). I ended up killing the calathea by trying to get rid of the thrips.  
I was just wondering where the best place to get a new calathea would be. Are there any good online places to get one?

Local nurseries! Almost all the ones I’ve been to have different varieties of calatheas!
