hi everyone, this is my calethea ornata. i’ve had this plant for a little over a month and a half and noticed at the bottom of the leaves there are many drops of sticky residue and small grains. i was wondering if this is normal or am i doing something wrong?

It looks like spider mites. 😬

If you’re using anything but distilled this is the plant getting rid of impurities in tap water
